Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

the mother of my child took our son with her to cameroon africa.i had signed two weeks consent.she came back and left our son in cameroon.is that kidnapping.she has filled for child support and the usa born child is not here.is this possible

See a family law attorney. I can't believe that your primary concern is the legality of a child support claim if she has permanently removed your child from the US.
