the mother of the child told me that the child is mine before he was born. when he was born i put my name on the birth certifacte. then she gets child support. I can never see him too get dna testing done on him. she told me I was not the father but I am paying child support. I would like to now how i can get a dna test done on him

You can file a petition to establish paternity and ask for a court order requiring DNA testing. The fact that your name is on the birth certificate does not mean that Paternity has been established.
