Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

if a mother and father are not together and they have joint custody of a 1 and 2 year old,they live with the mother, they see the father 3 times a week and every other weekend. can the father take the children away from the mother just because she has a job 6p-12a Mon-Fri.and leaves the children with her parents. Can he also say who she is allowed to talk to on her own time?

If mother lives with her parents, the answer is no. If not, the answer is still no. However, father has the right of firstrefusal for babysitting, No, he has no say as to whom she talks with.
