Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My mother wants to fight me on grandparents rights to see my children but she is unstable. She tried commiting suicide 3 times and is bipolar. She threatens my life all the time. She also was rushed to the hospital for commiting sucide and found up to 60 to 90 pills in her body. They put her in an mental hospital too. Can I win this fight for my sake and for my childrens

Yes, you can win it. She has no rights to require her own child to make her grandchildren available for visitation.
