Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
If a mother has full custody and a protective order against the father and the father does not have proof of the order guidelines and has been told by several lawyers not to talk to or be around her and time to get his kids on his scheduled days can she with hold the kids if family needs to pick them up....she refuses to meet in public place as ordered..and makes the dad go to her home..it's hostile and he don't want to violate an order....can she legally keep these kids if family goes to pick them up

Everybody has to follow the court order regarding custody/visitation. If that order conflicts with a protective order, then the court that issued custody should be asked to straighten it out.
