Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
how would my mother get her gaurdianship of me again if i am living with my grandmother. when i choose to live there because i was mad at my mother, and now i see that i was wrong that my mother is better and it would be in best intrest if i lived with my mother again because when i lived with my grandmother before i had suicide thoughts and now i am so unhappy again and i am worried that the thouhgts will soon come back.????

If you are seeing a counselor, talk to the counselor about your problems with both your mother and your grandmother. Perhaps he or she can help sort out what is best for you. If you are not seeing one, find one through school or church. You need another adult to give you some perspective who is not emotionally involved in the matter.
