Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My ex and his mother made a false report to Cps stating that three years ago my husband stabbed molested and abused my now 7 year old after he was arrested while Cps was there to investigate him for taking my child on drug and gun runs. Cps has dropped all charges against my ex but are now investigating my husband and me. Is there anyone that can give me any advice. I go back to court on August 8 to try and change our parenting time
