My mother is saying she's goin to put my boyfriend on child support, does she legally have the right to do that or is it up to me?

1. Are you under 18?

2. Do you have a child with this boyfriend?

3. Are you and your child living under your mother's roof?

If the answer to all of those questions is YES, then don't argue and go get the support ordered so you can help pay your mother for what she is providing for you.
