Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
The mother of my ten years old child dropped a child support case against me in Kentucky. So the court stopped garnishing my wages. She moved to Indiana, and she went to court claiming that I owed her $17,500.
Although, she dropped the the case, I continued to support her financially. I have the receipts with me.
The child support office in Indiana is not hearing what I had to say about the fact she dropped the case, and that they should contact the court in Kentucky.
What are my options ?

I can not tell from your question whether you actually paid support or not when you were "support(ing) her financially". If so, the receipts can go to the support office in Indiana. If that does not work, or if your financial support was NOT weekly child support payments, but something else, you will need to hire an attorney to straighten things out.
The fact tht she filed and dropped a case in Kentucky has no bearing on the situation. The amount claimed is pretty significant. You should hire an attorney now.
