Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Mothers Death

My mother died in March of 08 and had a will in place. She married a man in June of 07. Her husband will not allow me into her home and gets 25,000 because he was married to her. The house is going into forclosure because he doesn't have to pay the mortgage and gets to live there for free. I need to know how this is possible. I live in Missouri and my mother made her best friend exeutor of her estate. Her husband is not in the will or on the deed to the property. He did not even attend her funeral. Is there any legal action I can take to make him pay the back mortgage or to get him out.
