motion to change payee

My daughter is 17 to be 18 in July. Her Mother has custody with a support order. about a month ago the minor moved out of her house and moved in with another girl of the same age in another town with her mother knowing that she was going to do this. what do I need to do as far getting support stopped to her mother and paid to the minor child. this child did finish High early and she is going to attend College this Fall and I know her mother will not give her the support money and by the way the Mother and child do not talk or get along at this time.

I would suggest a change of custody.
