Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I am trying to move out of state with my kids to help with my sister cause she is sick. My ex is saying that I cant unless he agrees to it. There is nothing in the divorce papers that say I cant move or have to have permission. I had filed a letter to the court and with the ex where we will be living with 2 telephone numbers. Is there any way he can stop me?

Yes. He can file an objection and insist on a hearing. If a judge rules in his favor, the kids cannot move with you.
