Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I moved out of state back in February to get away from a severe domestic situation with my child's father (who is also a LIFETIME registered Sexually Violent Predator) he's NOT on my child's birth certificate and is currently incarcerated until sometime in June and there is currently no paternity / visitation order in place. He doesn't know where we are, does he have any rights to my child? I'm scared of him ...
