Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

moved out of state, father signed legal release but changed his mind and now say

I moved from Indiana to Tennessee and my daughter's father did sign some kind of paper sent to him by the JJC, However now he changed his mind and wants me to move back to IN. He keeps threatening and harrassing me, wont speak to out daughter but says he wants to take me to court on grounds that I gave the impression I wasnt going to stay in tennessee. How can I get a jurisdiction change from indiana court to tennessee. We have resided here for almost 6 months. Were do I need to go and what forms do I need? Does he have any right to uproot us now?

I moved from Indiana to Tennessee and my daughter's father did sign some kind of paper sent to him by the JJC,[?? WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?] However now he changed his mind [ABOUT WHAT?] and wants me to move back to IN. He keeps threatening and harrassing me,[WHAT IS NATURE OF THREATS? ARE THEY SERIOUS? SHOULD YOU SPEAK TO THE POLICE? DID YOU TAPE THEM?] wont speak to out daughter but says he wants to take me to court on grounds that I gave the impression I wasnt going to stay in tennessee. [IF HE SIGNED A CONSENT PERMITTING YOU TO RELOCATE TO INDIANA, HE'S GOT A TOUGH ROW TO HOE TO TRY NOW AND "REVOKE" THAT, UNLESS THE COURT'S ORDER AND HIS CONSENT REFLECTS THAT MINDSET--WHICH I DOUBT THEY DO] How can I get a jurisdiction change from indiana court to tennessee. We have resided here for almost 6 months. Were do I need to go and what forms do I need? [JURISDICTION IS A TRICKY THING. IT'S GOING TO REMAIN THERE UNLESS THE PARTIES CONCEDE TENN JURISDICTION] Does he have any right to uproot us now? [I DON'T THINK SO. IF YOU HAVE A COURT ORDER OR YOU HAVE HIS WRITTEN CONSENT, THEN WHILE HE CAN TAKE YOU TO COURT, I DON'T THINK HE CAN GET THE COURT TO ORDER YOU TO RETURN, UNLESS THERE ARE OTHER FACTS THAT BEAR ON THE ISSUE WHICH WOULD CAUSE THE COURT TO DO THAT; STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU CONTACT AN ATTORNEY ASAP.]
