We moved to In. 5 years ago, an were splitting up. Both children were born out of wed-lock an born in KY. Can I move back to KY. with my children?

If there are no court orders anywhere regarding the situation, and no pending court cases, yes, as long as you did not hide the children. Real question is whether this is what is best for the children.
