Moveing out of state
My spouse has agreed to grant mer permission to move out of state but wants me to wait until the divorce is finalized. Can i file the divorce ans move if i have them sign a statement saying that they are allowing me to cross state lines if it is notarized?

Thank you for your question. If you follow the provisions of the relocation statute in terms of providing for peratning time, location information, etc, you can probably include the relocation in an agreement for your final decree.
