Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Moving with my Children

I am writing regarding my ex-wife who is possibly moving out of the county she currently lives. I have been told that if she does this first she must notify the courts, who will notify me. I wasn't sure if that only was true if she was moving out of state. Also she will be moving in with her boyfriend and I have been told, she must be engaged or married to someone before she can move my children in with them. The reason I am concerned about this is because my children are telling me they aren't sure which guy they will be moving in with, one is here and one is out of state. She will not talk to me calmly, only by screaming and I don't know what avenue I have to help me persue this situation. Also I am curious whether or not there is a Supreme Judge or someone who I could write to with my concerns about the legal system and how they have moved so skewed towards the mother and doesn't seem to help the ''Good'' Fathers out here. Help and thank you.

Re: Moving with my Children

Dear Sir, prior to moving your ex-wife legally must formally inform you of any move out of town. She can move with the kids @ boyfriend though. You may be able to file a motion for contempt for her failure to inform you of the move.
