moving out of county in emergency situitation

I have custudy of my son and me and my fiance the father of my other 2 children bought a house out of this county I was staying with my parents until my fathers heart attack they now have lost thier house and I have to move I was going to be home less I wrote a letter to the judge and havent had any reply so I have left could I be into trouble

Yes you could have a problem. There is a new statute that covers relocation and there are specific requirements regardng notice.
