You will need to file a Notice with the court and provide a copy of that notice to the non-relocating parent at least 90 days prior to relocation. If the other parent does not file a motion to object, relocation will be o.k. If the other party files a motion a hearing is required. You will be required to show that the move is in good faith. IF you carry that burden, then the other parent has to prove that the move is not in the best interest of the child in order to prevent the relocation.

You need to obtain an attorney.
