Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I am considering moving overseas with my current wife. My exwife and I share legal custody of our children. She has sole physical custody. Approx. 12 months ago I lost my job and went to court to adjust child support. The court decision took 11 months to resolve I am currently approx $13,000 behind and am trying to keep up with the new child support amount. If I move out of the country, what could my exwife do as long as I continue to pay child support?
