Moving out of state
I have done my 90 day notice to move out of Indiana and to Florida. I have custody of my two children from my ex husband. I have no clue what I do now?/ HELP!

Thank you for your question. Since you took the time to read the statute and knew about the notice, you should read the statute again for guidance on what to do next and to confirm that your notice was properly served and contained all of the necessary elements. You should also check the court file to make sure that he didn't file an objection without notifying you.
