Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

moving out of state

i have two difference fathers for my 5 children. none of them see their dad. so i'm moving back home, puerto rico. now i have sole custody except for the boys. my divorce is not finalized yet but he is incarcereated. his earliest release date isn't until june of next year. can i get into any legal trouble for leaving? i just can't afford it here and my mom wants me to come live with her so she can help with the kids.

Yes you can get into legal trouble unless you follow the relocation statute.
