moving out of state

My former wife and I have joint custody of our one child. She is comtemplating moving to another state. She has physical care currently of our child. Does she have to have my approval or agreement to move out of the state with our child?

Either your agreement and modification of parenting time or requesting permission of the court for the move and retention of custody if you object.
