Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I'm the non custodial parent in Indiana. Child has turned 19 and entered college. There's no post secondary education order in place but I'm paying half of college expenses and kept the child on my medical insurance. Am I still obligated to pay half of uninsured medical expenses even though the child is no longer a minor?

No. You can tell your child they have to pay their own uninsured expenses while in school.
