Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

non custodial parent rights

My ex-wife may be moving my children out of the country. Is it legal for her to do that without my consent? I pay child support and am a very active father with my children.

Mother must file a notice of relocation with the court. You may file a modification of custody. I suggest getting an attorney immediately.

No, she can not do that without a hearing. You need to see a lawyer immediately if you think that she may be taking them.
