Non-custodial parents liablility for pre-paid medical expenses

Per the decree the custiodial parent must pay the first $1200 of uninsured medical expenses annually, the remaining expenses are split 50/50. If she pre-pay for orthodontia expenses am I liable at the time she pays or the time services are rendered and expenses actualy incurred?

Good question. I have not seen that one before. However my thoughts are that when the bill accrues, otherwise she can manipulate the system so that you have to pay more in a particular year.
