Are we oblige to pay child support when me and my ex-wife have an agreement and I will take care of most of my son's expenses?

Unless a court enters an order allowing for the agreement in lieu of the support, you are obligated to pay support. You should hire an attorney to draft the paper work and provide it to the court for approval. No giuarantees, but usually the courts are happy to allow the parties to work things out between themselves as long as the child(ren) are not losing out do to the agreement. You may feel free to contact me if you wish to have an agreement drafted and submitted to the court.
