Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have seen on-line that they will send me a legal form for an annulment. It is said that if I fill it out and everything is signed in an uncontested annulment all I need is to take it before the judge. Is this reality? How can I be sure that it is an actual legal form? Could this really be final that quickly?

Thank you for your assessment. MareLPN @yahoo.com

No, this isn't true. You should sit down with a lawyer in your community and find out about your options, including dissolution or annulment. You are risking very little money with an initial consultation on these issues.

Good luck.

This is not reality. Even if the document is acceptable, there are local rules that have to be followed for proper filing and entry of an order. An annulment is too important for you to not have this handled properly. If done improperly, and you get married, you could have some serious problems down the line. You should contact an attorney.
