Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

i am an ordained minister. a couple has asked me to marry them and i agreed. they then later told me that the mans dicorce will not be finalized until two weeks after the ceremony and would like to continue with the ceremony and sign the liscence once it is finalized. is this legal for me to do?
