Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I'm currently ordered and paying child support in Indiana. My ex-moved to Florida. She also filed for child support in Florida. Nothing was ever transfered to Indiana. Now Florida is taking child support out of my check. I also pay in Indiana. I told Florida they would have to get it trandfered but they didn't so now i have to pay both. Is this legal? Can Florida do this?

It sounds as if this is a IVD situation in Florida and yes it is legal. You need to hire counsel in Indiana so that you are getting appropriate credit for all of your payments.
