Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have overpaid child support in the approximate amount of 15,000 dollars. Neither child has lived in the fathers home for 2 or 3 years and he is still collecting every time i get a new job. I have had discussions with the prosecuting attorneyand child support office, I have all the modification paperwork filled out and they are doing nothing to stop this. If my ex is still collecting support, knowing the children are out on their own, can I sue him for fraud? Can I get the overpayment back to disperse to my children? Can I sue fayette county court for letting this go on?

FIle the motion to terminate support with the court TODAY. You can do this directly, and do not need to wait for the prosecutor to do it for you. An attorney in your community can help you stop the bleeding. You can not sue the courts for this.
