Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
not paid for by either of us
I am in the middle of a divorce, my final date got postponed and now its more than 30 days away. We both have a vehicle, but the one i am driving is not reliable, so my parents bought me my grandmothers car for me, but worry that my soon to be exhusband will try and take it, does he have any righs to it, or can he try and get it? Thank you for your time and advice
