i paid my ex wife 3600 on 2/12/2010 for my child support for this whole year and she signed a paper that said that. aug of this year she went to child support and told them that i owe her more and told them that she signed that paper and they going after more money from me is there anything i can do bout this

Yes. Get an attorney to defend you, and always pay her through the clerk's office, never directly. She would still have a right to seek an increase regardless of what she signed.
