if a parent has full custody of children takes care of their needs daily all year round includeing houseing can the none costodial parent claim the said children on his or her taxes without the custodial parent signing a 8332 fourm or any other weaver

If a court order says the noncustodial parent gets to claim the child, then he/she can claim the child, unless they in fact contibuted nothing to their care in terms of child support.
