Parenal kidnapping and Parental Aleination Syndrome as a crime, and can I seek reversal of custody

as a result?

I would need more details of the parental kidnapping to answer your question concerning a crime, Alienation is not a crime. However, a denial of parental rights and or alienation can be a major factor in modifying custody, regardless oif whether there has been a crime. What county is involved?
