parental responsibilities afte age 18
My almost 17 year old daughter is planning on going to Florida soon after her 18th b-day; problem being that she still has one in school left to graduate. Do I have any recourse as a parent legally to make her stay and finish out her high school career???

I am not sure that she can quit school or not. You might check with her high school. Otherwise, you might just try persuading her that she needs an education to get a job.

Unfortunately, there really isn't anything that you can legally do to stop her.
