my girlfrien and i found out she was pregnant and going to be married, then she told me that she had been cheating on me and left me for that guy, now they are getting married and she said he is going to sign the birth certificate saying he is th efather without a test. if they did that and later split up would she be able to take me to court or have a test to see if i was really the father or not?
