Re: parenting time

When the child is at the custodial parents house and no one in the household is available to watch the child, the non-custodial parent should be ocntacted before a nonhousehold member is used, the same holds true when parenting time is being exercised and the non-custodial parent needs a nonhouslhold member to watch the child.
