Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Parties divorced in 1994 in Elkhart Indiana. Husband signed an agreement without having legal counsel. He was ordered to pay maintenance support to wife. Husband is 65 and income decreased substantially. It was an agreement that should never been approved but both parties signed. He is paying utilities, car maintenance, etc. She has not remarried. Can he modify the maintenance order?
