Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Paternity & Child expense issues

We are going to court for paternity & custody. We were never married. Will the court also bring into account the father has never helped me pay for any costs incurred for pre-natal, medical, pregnancy expenses... clothes, expenses for child. Will he be ordered to pay for any of these costs? Can I take him to small claims court? The child is now 13 mos old.

Re: Paternity & Child expense issues

Bring all of your receipts to court for the paternity case. You will not need to file a small claims court.
