Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

If paternity was just established and the child is 5 yrs old, does the biological father have to have visitation or can he deny that he wants it? The mother is married and her current husband has been in the picture since the child was born not the biological father. The biological father does not want any type of visitation is that allowed thru courts?
