paternity

a friend of mine got married because his girlfriend said she was pregnant by him then 2 months later after they got married she said it wasn't his so they got divorced-anyway he now thinks the kid might be his but the other guy signed the birth certificate is there anyway he can get a court orderd dna test

Yes. He can seek a determination of paternity in court regardless of what the birth certificate says.
