Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
Paternity
Iam 22 Years old and still don't know who my father is. My mom tells me it is this one person and can't be anyone else. That was okay till I was older and she told me that--name removed--paternity test was done and it came up negative. Still she tells me that it is him she said he was in--name removed--accident and had--name removed--blood transfusion. I'm not sure if that would really make--name removed--difference or. Would i have to pay for another test and could make them take another test. I have heard that i am to old.

Re: Paternity
What you heard is correct, you are too old to use the law to force someone to take a paternity test. Ask them and if they say no - that is it.
