Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

If I pay child support for two children, one 18 in college and living full time in his leased apartment, and one 15 in high school, do I have the right to ask for documentation from the person I pay the support to as to how that money is being allocated?

Yes, you can always ask for an accounting, but that accounting does not have to show that each got the same amount, so I question why you would want the accounting.

You cannot ask how the money is allocated.
