Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I pay child support for my daughter's in Indiana and I live in Texas. I also provided their medical insurance through my employer. However, I lost my job last year and lost their medical coverage. I recently found out that after telling my daughters' mother about their loss in coverage she still billed me for their medical bills without my knowledge. I just saw today, July 2, 2015, that their is a $10,080 medical cost in collection. I never new about this bill nor was I ever notified about any procedure. Can I be billed for this without ever knowing what is going on even if I don't have a job to supply medical insurance?

The bill is between the medical provider and you. They have to show you agreed to the service, and you should notify the collection agency that you did not contract for the service. The answer would be no different if you had insurance.
