Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I pay child support to my ex-wife and my daughter is 21 and in college at home. What is my legal obligation on child support now that she is 21? Also the mother is getting food stamps, tanf, and temporary disability from the state?? Isn't that illegal.

What is my legal obligation on child support now that she is 21? None, unless the court has found your daughter to be disabled.

Also the mother is getting food stamps, tanf, and temporary disability from the state?? Isn't that illegal. Maybe, but what concern of yours is it? Let that be something the state worries about, not you.
