Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have not a penny

I am separated from my husband of 2 and a half years. He is currently living in the apartment I leased while we were apart the first time, and living with my cousin with whom he's expecting a child. He gets money from being a disabled Veteran and a portion of it he gets for being married to me. What am I entitled to and can I arrange it to were he has to pay for the divorce in full?

The court has discretion to order one party to pay the costs and attorneys fees for another.
