pension garnishment

My X husband is in arrears on his pension allotment to me.

What can I do to see he pays on time, and doesn't stop paying completely.

He has ignored court ordered payments in the past.

A motion to have your ex held in contempt is the most obvious solution. If he has continuously ignored orders for turnover, I suspect the judge would be...displeased. Some judges come down on this kind of thing like a large mallet; others give the guy another chance, or three. But the best thing for you to do is talk to your lawyer and haul him back on contempt.

Of course, if he has already been hauled in for contempt, ignored the orders, and nothing has been done, you and your lawyer need to find other answers. But a contempt citation is your best bet, I think
