Pension

I get half of my x-husband's pension in our divorce, I do not want it, can we modify the divorce decree? Or is there a waiver that I can sign to relinquish my half?

You may voluntarily relinquish any court-ordered claim by filing papers with the court stating your wishes. Be sure to contact your ex's attorney and file a "consent" order. Obviously, the other side will not object!
