Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
We have permament guardianship of our grandchild due to physical and emotional abuse by the mother of the child. After 6 years the mother wants the child back because we teach Christian belief in our home, and the mother is a "high preistest" in a very large witchs sect. Can this be used in court to keep the child out of what we believe to be a dangerous atmosphere?

If the court believes that the mother is involved in a dangerous cult, that fact would likely have a significant impact on the outcome. Rarely does the existence of one "fact" win or lose a case. What you need to do is sit down with a family law attorney in your community and review all the facts before mother's request is before a judge.
I agree with Jay. This is one factor that a court would consider.
